SPOT REPAIR

Targeted Structural Rehabilitation

A trenchless method that enables the repair of a specific section of a pipeline affected by structural issues such as localized breaks, cracks, wear, chemical degradation, open or broken joints, or manufacturing defects.

A robotic device is inserted into the pipe and navigates to the previously identified damaged area. There, a fiberglass liner impregnated with resin is positioned and bonded to the interior wall of the pipe. This creates a complete seal of the deteriorated section, restoring the structural integrity of the conduit.

This method is fast and safe to implement. It does not require manhole excavation, as access is achieved through an existing inspection chamber.
Additionally, it eliminates the need to interrupt the network’s flow or install a bypass system.
