Pipe Insertion
C-LINING | Tight-Fit HDPE Liner Technology

This technology allows the tight-fit insertion of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe into an existing conduit, whether made of cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, asbestos cement, concrete, ceramic, or other materials.
It provides a permanent structural rehabilitation, implemented quickly and safely, with minimal disruption to pedestrian or vehicle traffic.
It extends the service life of the pipeline—often exceeding 50 years—when operated within the material’s pressure and temperature limits.
This method can be used for lining damaged pipelines (e.g., localized cracks or corrosion) as well as for preventive reinforcement of new conduits where potential anomalies have been identified.
