PIPE BURSTING
CRACKING

A trenchless method that allows for the replacement of underground pipelines that are damaged or fully blocked by scale or deposits, using the same path as the old network. A new HDPE pipe is inserted, with the possibility of maintaining or increasing the original diameter. The cutting blade installed on the head is capable of breaking pipes made of various materials, such as cast iron, carbon steel, asbestos cement, glass, and more.
This method is implemented quickly and safely, minimizing inconvenience to the public due to the drastic reduction in trench excavation. It also reduces the risk of damage to adjacent pipes by using the existing route.
This system extends the lifespan of the pipeline, which can exceed 50 years, as long as it is used within the material’s pressure and temperature limits.
