Cured In Place Pipe

CIPP

We are specialists in pipe rehabilitation using CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) systems.

This method involves constructing a new pipe inside an existing one, aiming to rehabilitate it by enhancing its structural properties, extending its lifespan, eliminating potential leakage points, providing a smooth inner surface for flow, and increasing resistance to corrosion.

This technique uses a glass fiber liner impregnated with light-sensitive unsaturated polyester or vinyl ester resin (with or without styrene depending on the application), cured using a UV system.
We also offer liners cured with hot water.

It is suitable for potable water networks, sewage systems, stormwater drains, and industrial effluent pipelines, regardless of the condition of the existing conduit.

This system enables precise rehabilitation of pipelines without damaging existing utility installations, without breaking pavement, and with minimal construction time.
