SPOT REPAIR

A trenchless method that enables the repair of a specific section of a pipeline affected by structural issues such as localized breaks, cracks, wear, chemical degradation, open or broken joints, or manufacturing defects.

BYPASS SYSTEM

Bypass projects in sewer networks require fully reliable pumps and equipment, as well as a team of professionals and experts capable of designing effective diversion solutions.

GPR & GPS MAPPING

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a high-tech tool that enables fast, accurate, and real-time detection and mapping of the work area, identifying underground pipes, cables, metallic and non-metallic objects, and other buried obstacles. This helps prevent damage to public utilities by locating them before excavation begins.

NETWORK DIAGNOSTICS

We carry out diagnostics of sewer, industrial, and stormwater drainage networks using advanced technologies that provide detailed insight into existing structural and hydraulic conditions, tailored to each specific case. These tools allow us to accurately identify cracks, breaks, and connections, as well as fully understand the network layout and verify the cleanliness of the inspected conduit, enabling proper maintenance planning and timely interventions.

HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING

We conduct diagnostics of sewer, industrial, and stormwater drainage networks using technologies that allow us to assess existing structural and hydraulic conditions in detail, tailored to each specific case. These technologies accurately identify cracks, breaks, and connections, as well as provide a clear understanding of the network’s direction and verify the cleanliness of the inspected conduit, enabling effective maintenance planning and intervention scheduling.

PIPE BURSTING

A trenchless method that allows for the replacement of underground pipelines that are damaged or fully blocked by scale or deposits, using the same path as the old network. A new HDPE pipe is inserted, with the possibility of maintaining or increasing the original diameter. The cutting blade installed on the head is capable of breaking pipes made of various materials, such as cast iron, carbon steel, asbestos cement, glass, and more.

Pipe Insertion

This technology allows the tight-fit insertion of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe into an existing conduit, whether made of cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, asbestos cement, concrete, ceramic, or other materials.

Primus Line

Trilayer Flexible Conduit for Trenchless Rehabilitation of Pressurized Pipelines

Primus Line is a flexible, three-layer conduit designed for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressurized pipelines.

This liner acts as a new pipe installed within the existing one, combining mechanical strength and high chemical resistance thanks to its unique three-layer composition, with a minimal wall thickness of only 6 to 8 millimeters.

SMOKE TESTING

Smoke testing is an excellent technique for identifying problems in public drainage and sewerage systems, detecting leaks, cracks, breaks, and locations where irregular connections and discharges into streams are found.

DYE TESTING

Drainage systems can be complex, and identifying all connections and water flow from the surface can be particularly challenging. Our team of highly trained expert engineers is ready to help you pinpoint the exact location of any issue.
